A modular system also allows you to remove the circular griddle in the middle of the grill to add a pizza stone or wok stand. Grillstream technology offers a double grill system whereby the top grill streams away most of the fats and juices that would normally cause flare-ups. Anything that drips over will collect in the bottom grill and is channeled into a collection cup ready for disposal – making for a much cleaner cooking experience.
