Walter Schnepel’s pendant light sets stylish colour accents! This pendant light creates a pleasantly cosy atmosphere with a glowing red that shines out from underneath the anthracite-coloured linen shade. This colour accent is by no means obtrusive or overly intense. Rather, the warm white light that shines from the pendant light onto the surface to be illuminated is merely supplemented by a subtle shimmer underneath the lampshade. The way it works is therefore completely in keeping with the ideas of Walter Schnepel, who designed this light. For him, a light is modern above all when it acknowledges its Tradition, but subverts it with very deliberately placed details and thus becomes something completely unique. The pendant light comes from TECNOLUMEN, a company that made a name for itself, particularly in its early days, by reviving the pioneering, visionary ideas of the Bauhaus and in some cases producing detailed re-editions of well-known models such as the WAGENFELD multipurpose luminaire.
